就沒有謂語動詞，不是個句子--to depend是動詞不定式，不能作謂語，常見的陳述句是 主+謂+賓 的形式，如下

【What people wear】 【depend on】【 their likes and dislikes.】

3. for work，at work 從介詞for, at的不同即可理解； for work為了工作，at work 在工作中，工作的時候：

a. I don't do that for work. 我不是為了工作才那么做的。

b. He is always busy at work. 他工作總是很忙。

4. The first types of clothes were animal skins.

這句話用types而不是單數type主要是 系動詞是were為復數，所以主語也須是復數types. 需要注意的是 形如 【名詞1 of 名詞2】 這樣of結構的短語， 決定其單復數的關鍵是 名詞1， 如 the room of you and your brother 為單數， 而 the cars of Mike and Tom 為復數；

first 不僅僅是 “第一個”，也可以指“第一批”，后面修飾復數， 如：the first 3 days of the holiday 假期的前三天；

其實which 也不光是“哪一個”，也可以指“哪一些，哪一批”。
